I was so amazed when I saw it because I've taken Ornithology classes and I didn't know what kind of bird it was. It's so exciting to spot a bird that I've never seen before! I was lucky enough to get a good look at it's crown which was yellow so I assume it was a female. I've never seen/heard them so consistently before. And I'm seeing them in places that are very light on conifers.
